Eventhough it's true that the peace accord has not been followed completely, there is one thing clear. There is peace now in Cambodia. Many Cambodians have thrived as their will has lead them. My friend, Cambodians today are far better than they have ever been in the last five decades under many different regimes. I'm not a fan of Hun Sen and CPP. The truth is that the product that you see today is possible under Hun Sen and CPP leadership whether you like it or not. Beside, Most Cambodians have thrived in life as good growth lead them. This is fact, not fiction.
