As far as I have known Cambodia, Cambodians always have been that way.
They steal, corrupt for their own individuals. Nothing is new here.
Once again, it's very clear that Cambodia is in peace now. I strongly
believe that they have come a long way to where it is today. There are
millions of Cambodians who have benefitted from this new economy in
Cambodia. Just look at the garment industries. Do you know how many
families in rural areas are benefitting from it?
Alot of what you say are true. However, Cambodia cannot be perfect
without going through those ugly truths. America went through it from
one generation to another. That is what we call innovation or
invention. Today, Cambodia has brought their own country to where it
is today. I have to admire them. They are far advance from what we
used to know Cambodia in the 70s.
Let us encourage them, instead of pulling them down.
