Sam Rainsy said that this election was conducted by fraud. Does it mean that the result of this election should be voided? Then Sam Rainsy said that he was asking for investigation. Does it mean that he is not sure whether the election was conducted by fraud? Then he claims that his party won. Does it not mean that the election itself is good? If the election is not good and conducted by fraud, then any result out of it should be tossed away. Does it not mean that there is no win or no loose at this point? Now, which one is which?
