Your behavior shows the Cambodian behavior clearly repeatedly.
I gave you my opinion and some reasoning that you seem to ignore.
Here it is again. One may accuse of NEC, Hun Sen or CPP have been doing
something to rig the election so the result would favor their party. My
question is this as followed.
If all of these things happened during the election, don't you think that the
election itself has been tainted?
Don't you think that the result is not what a credible election should be? Are
you not agree with me here?

Now, it that is the case, why did Sam Rainsy declare that his party had won the
majority of the seat. At the same time, CPP said that theyhad the majority.
According to my analysis, the election must be credible in either case for
those party to declare victory.

Let us take Sam Rainsy and his party to the forefront for this discussion. Sam
Rainsy has said that his party had the majority of seats in the new congress
from that election. This alone tells us that Sam Rainsy has accepted that the
election is credible, not tainted.
At the same time, Sam Rainsy has raised the issues of irregularities, voting
fraud etc...... He asked the government to investigate. This part tells us that
Sam Rainsy and his party also believe that the election has been tainted.
Hence, the result should be null. If it should be null, why did he declare that
his party had the majority?

Confliction outcome of what Sam Rainsy and his party have been saying are
nothing new. They do it just to raise the issues. They did the same thing five
years ago when the international community declared that the election was
crediblek, free and fair. Yet, Sam Rainsy cried foul. That is just the way they
do business.

Now, let us look at the CPP. They have said that the election is credible and
they have the majority, period. They didn't say anything about irregularities,
fraud etc...... The whole election is in their hands. Yet, they have lost quite
a few seats.

My friend,
If you are Sam Rainsy clans, you should think before you say it because Sam
Rainsy has been contradicting himself. This man cannot be trusted. He cried
that he was not able to vote. Yet, he knew had never register to vote until he
returned to Cambodia. By then it's too late. The deadline had come and gone
long before that.
Then he said that he was not allowed to run for a seat in the congress. What he
didn't say that he didn't register himself to run for the seat until he
returned to Cambodia. Once again, it was too late. The deadline had come and
gone.
If the citizen Sam Rainsy is able to do those two things, thousands and
thousands of Cambodian citizens ought to be able to do the same. Unfortunately,
they could not. So Sam Rainsy must understand that the rules and the laws apply
to all people of Cambodia, not except Sam Rainsy.

Why black cow eat green grass and produce white milk ?
>Is it mysterious ? You have answered your own questions, congratulation, at
last you understand, the election itself was true, the result has been
manipulated by NEC, it has become fake and now they are in the trouble, they
are trying to purify it. They say oh just because of the menace, oh just
because of the media, and so on... they want to escape the responsibility
because of shame, so at last they say, it is only the first announcement , not
yet official, the official result is that Sam Raingsi wins more than 64 seats
