No, Ron is right. It isn't about the money - it is about the family.
Money is only a tool that can be used to help achieve happiness, not an
actual source of happiness in and of itself.

The problem with offshoring w/r to XP is that XP is crucially dependant
upon communication. The kind of communication that you can get
one-on-one and in-person is far supperior to anything else.
Perhaps if you had a high quality video teleconferencing link it would
be nearly as good and good enough for XP. Sometimes good people learn to
make things work just because they don't have any alternative.
