I am just a person on the list and have done some work on a wiki topic. My recollection was that you posted saying that you liked to offend as an end goal. And demonstrated that fairly robustly by posting messages with no other goal than ot cause offense. In other projects that I participate in we do not put up with behaviour like that. IMHO collaborative projects can not afford to have people behave as if their ability to be offensive is a valuable input. I have yet to see a post from you which has a constructive goal with regard to the wiki project, and which does not have as its core message an intent to be divisive and offensive. I am sure there are people about who find collaborative projects difficult to adjust to if their previous experience has been in a context where there has been a congruence of perspectives and so it is easy to be offensive about all other views because they are unlikely to be represented in the group. Here there are many perspectives and cultures in the group and the goal is to make something which provides a resource for everyone. In that context turning every step into an opportunity to break something is not helpful. _______________________________________________ Campaigns-l mailing list [email protected] http://lists.wikia.com/mailman/listinfo/campaigns-l
