Some very good advice in there Arthur! I'm increasingly coming around to
the idea that Defra is the wrong target. Even if we convince them, they
don't have muscle to reverse the cuts and if they did they would only
have to slash some other organisational budget.
The target is Brown. He has the power and the most to lose.
