Has any IWA members looked at the restructre review. Are they as unhappy as I am at the lack of information contained within it? There has clearly been massive discussion on this at Council level based on reports that have prepared; there's also been a considerable reponse from the regions, presumably to the proposal to abolish them. Yet when I asked to see both of these - report and response - I was told that they were confidential and that Council members wouldn't be able to discuss them because they were bound by 'collective responsibility.'
