I think that is part of the problem that the reorganisation is trying to address by making the Branch system less bureaucratic. reducing the number of by laws that committee members have to comply with. At the end of the day 98% of the membership just pay there money and don't care how it runs or by whom just as long as they don't have to do it. I suppose I'm a bit like that with Nabo, Cotswold CT, Wilderness boat club.
