Waterworld is doing a nice propaganda job on solid fuel stoves for them, notice they implied but never specifically stated that the installations shown being checked were DIY jobs. This is a matter of some interest to me as I installed a woodburner in my workshop this winter and am about to do the same for my trailable NB project. What I got from Waterworld is that my heat protection etc. precautions seem to be way ahead of the norm. Exposed wood within inches of the thing? Have these people never felt how hot it gets when it's at full blast, and made the connection between the stuff on the cabin side and the stuff they put inside the stove i.e when you get it hot enough, it burns? > It does seem that the bss has been a waste of time and money.
