Yes Michael.  Of course, if someone is top of the list with a boat 
larger than the space available, it will go to the next on the list, 
and so on, until the mooring is let for one year.

Waiting lists will be suspended for the duration of the trial, and the 
successful tender will secure the mooring for a three year period, 
instead of one year as above.
