Wot no smiley ? I suppose I really meant "council folk" concerned by the inappropriate use and miffed at the missed council tax. Why don't councils allocate residential status more readily in return for a council tax contribution towards all the services provided. Collect it through the marina operators rather than the berth holders ? EG 10 upgrades to residential status at £700 pa that'll be £7000 thank you very much. Kerchink. Beeky
