I rather tongue in cheek suggested super marinas some weeks back. They could have all amenities plus Surgery for Doctors, dentist etc under the NHS. A post box facilities for continuous cruisers as well as moorings for residential and weekend and holiday only cruisers. In this way many people not just canal folk could be accommodated and there must be a natural revenue stream created for services that would support it. The Press never cease to tell us there aren't enough NHS dentists and I am sure their are quite a few Doctors who would relish this sort of challenge. Just have to make sure they are all flood proof Trevor
