The info was supplied to me by someone working at a high level within BW within the last 18 months for sure (maybe more recently, but I'd have to fire up my laptop to see if I could find the correspondence). Yes the boat had an index number..........but definitely no licence and hasn't been seen to have a licence displayed when last seen overstaying on 3 day moorings in Skipton. Roger
