I don't post a lot nowadays but my 0.02 is that all boats
should display a valid licence (subject to it having been
received from BW and an opportunity to take it to the boat
having arisen).
Also the name of every boat should be on it in nice big
readable letters. Some people who do have licences black
out the name of the boat on the licence. What have they
got to hide?
