We use a Blaupunkt car radio/cd player, the Woodstock - it also has an
input for the line out from an MP3 player. You just have to put a set
of speakers in your cabin lining somewhere.

That's exactly what I'm using for this. I use a USB extension cable to
put the dongle in the porthole above the laptop.
