It is unlikely to drop off my tiller pin-its 3 or 4 inches high.
On the other hand if I keep it on the roof then it can't be
attached without getting in the way of my feet. I think this is
a personal thing that each of us gets used to; best to stay with
what one is comfortable in my view.

I entirely agree Will, but ''do'' read my above properly--I state quite
clearly, ''take it off the dolly'' ergo it can't possibly get under your feet
because it's on the roof! :-))
