On the way up you must stop at Daw End and go to the Manor Arms, waterside
pub of the year. It is something else, the snug bar has the bar and pumps
aranged at the end of the bar, with no serving counter. Best to check if
they are doing food. The pub by the bridge is pretty horrible, a "Big Bang
Burger Chef" style, but did incredibly cheap food.

If you don't fancy Bodymoor Heath to Daw End in one go, the last place up
the B&F that is OK is Curdworth. It is not too bad at the top of Perry Bar,
by the lockhouse.
