Hi Folks, Talk of possibly dodgy, or potentially insecure, moorings and journeys reminded me of a website (yet another one I seem to have lost <sigh> ..) which listed what I seem to recall as 'pirate country' ... I believe there was also a means of reporting incidents as well.
