Terry asked about going "liveaboard" If the boat has a bath (or deep shower tray) fitted then a lot of the smaller items can be washed in there. We find Jannock's ultrasonic washing machine works well. Placed clothes and detergent in the bath and then cruise for a couple of hours. Does a brilliant job.
Some peeps use public transport for return journeys whereas I swear by the dreaded folding moped. I tried using a bike but had a nasty experience at Wast Hill tunnel and so soon gave that up. Graham www.jannock.org.uk
