The boat is being loaded on the moorings just south of the lift
entrance, with the storm weir just in front of it, its a special weir
which is a syphon weir such that once it starts it primes a syphon which
then really draws the level down, to avoid flash flooding which is a
problem on this length. Behind the boat is the new bridge over the cut
from the lift up to "the Tip"
You can also see the towpath bridge over the entrance to the lift arm.
The second shot shows the road down from "The Tip" the old boaters
name for The Stanley Arms up in the village above the lift, so called
because of the tipping shoots which use to go down to the river from the
canal at this point. Its the white fence which is the give away in this
shot.

The B&W shot is going through Oil hole bridge where Gally kept the oil
tank for the Anderton fleet, Bridge 199.
The turn is just before bridge 198. We then see bridge 198 in the back
ground, and the buildings of Anderton Marina.

The wooded section at around 2 minutes is after bridge 196 before you
enter the new length built to avoid the piece of cut which fell down a
big hole in the late 50's This is where he's cracking on on the new
length, which has a nice deep bit, before it shallows of causing the
breaking wave.

hoping this help
