I've had a 3 dongle for over 12 months now, (Southern GU) and I have been delighted with the reception and connection. A few months ago, this area was upgraded and I now have 5-bars all the time just about everywhere.
I understand from Hutchinson that they are upgrading ALL their cells in the UK and this should be finished by the end of this year.
