I barged to Isleworth this week and needed internet connectivity en route. I've been a T-Mobile phone customer since it wa One-to-One. So I went to the local T-Mobile shop (very helpful and courteous)k and bought a T-Mobile dongle. Introductory offer of 30 days usage (plus the machine) for £25.
Just got back. The thing worked excellently. Only one place (Tottenham lock) where the signal was too weak for WWW (but still OK for email). I'd have to say -- "recommended". But what will happen when it merges with Orange, as agreed? Re: Vodafone connectivity on the K&A. V's HQ is at Newbury. Could there be a connection (pun not intended)? Adrian
