Evnin All,

Can someone please clarify something for me.

I have been told, quote "that in order for a boat to hold a valid BSS (Boat
Safety Certificate) it needs to meet certain breather criterion which are
designed to prevent "blow back" on filling"

Is that accurate?

Many thanks.

Regards,
