Nottingham, Shirley? ;-)
Last time on the Trent we did a Keadby to Nottingham in one go, and had time 
to get to 'Spoons.... and most of that on the tidal Trent was in a "pea 
souper", we heard the graveller coming up against the flood. That was a 
06:40 start from Keadby, an hour after start of flood (springs), out of 
Cromwell at 12:30 and arrive at Nottingham Castle moorings at 20:30.
A good trial for Phoenix would be a Heybridge to Brentford in one go ;-)
