Occasionally do Sawley to Torksey in one go, but then normally have to
wait for the tide. On the earlier morning crossing we would normally
reach Newark at lunch time'ish, but Dad was normally ready to go back
to sleep after the "early" morning wake up time.

Last year I think it was about 11ish when we left Keadby and reached
Newark about 9pm I think.

Looking back at my logs, in 2003 we did Hull to Stoke Lock in one go,
04:32 leave, 07:25 Keadby, 08:52 Stockwith, 10:52 Torksey, 14:01
Cromwell, 21:30 Stopped at Stoke Lock!

93 miles, 5 locks!

...and thats with a sinking boat - we had to stop a couple of times to bale out!
