Thanks for your inputs, I think you are on Mac or Windows. Linux users will not find this problem. Here is the reason. When you have two directories like /src/main/resources/governance/services/http/www/webservicex and /src/main/resources/governance/services/http/www/webserviceX on Linux, they are different directories. So you import like this to subversion without any issues. But when you try to checkout on Windows/Mac, since these are same directories on the environment, you get that error message.
