The security guidelines in hospitals are often in a way that they give doctors, access to mail for external communication. Nurses and other staff got only internal mail access. Care2x needs more a gui that shows only inside the menue the points a person have access. All other things are confusing. Solution idea: Group management. LDAP Review a concept like lotus notes. Hide modules if there is no access for a group or person. The intranet mail module is a nice concept but because of the documentation it is not used.
