pgp communication seems to be compatible with the security standards in USA. Not in Germany. Because we have a signature law. But i did from 1998 to 2000 a research together with the medicine journalist Bubenzer. After 2 years of work the results show: PGP is not compatible with the laws. But it is in function and so government and security ministry can't give a official recommendation for pgp.
