finally had time to fix the TWAIN on Windows (my camera is back ;-)
A fixed client is uploaded on http://ipath.sourceforge.net/ipath
I also uploaded it to http://www.sf.net/projects/ipath
you are welcome to experiment with the ipath on http://ipath.sourceforge.net/ipath -- everything should work now, also upload of other files (not images)
