Hi,

I've made a test by updating the Services Management documentation:
http://jasig.github.io/cas/installation/Service-Management.html (there was
a @leleuj inside)
It's not too complicated and Jekyll works pretty well to preview docs. I
didn't send a pull request though, just a straight push.
The update was not immediate, it seems that it took a couple of minutes
(which is not a big deal of course).
It's totally acceptable from my point of view.
