Added a few sections on the following subjects, mostly directly from the 
existing wiki: 


1. Proxy handlers 
2. Whitelist/blacklist authentication 
3. Expiration policies 
4. Legacy authentication 
5. ...also added a gitignore. 


Another technical detail: I added the bootstrap css file to add support for 
"alerts" (i.e. warning, info, etc) 


Planning to address the following: 
- Clearpass 
- Some troubleshooting guidelines on Ehcache 
- Discussion on ticket registry cleaners and the need 
- Discussion on HA deployments options in general

Yes, that's what I was thinking.

One wiki, yes. Whether it's Confluence or GitHub remains to be 
determined. In any case that's where we'll take community-contributed 
content in a "commit then review" fashion. We'll handle "official" 
documentation contributions via "review then commit" using the proven 
pull request model.
