Added a few sections on the following subjects, mostly directly from the existing wiki:
1. Proxy handlers 2. Whitelist/blacklist authentication 3. Expiration policies 4. Legacy authentication 5. ...also added a gitignore. In any case that's where we'll take community-contributed content in a "commit then review" fashion. We'll handle "official" documentation contributions via "review then commit" using the proven pull request model.
