No.  My mast base has the block organizing plate at the base, but it does not have the plates with the bolt through the base like your pic shows.

Looks like we are going to relocate from Pensacola, FL to Chattanooga, TN.  I am considering moving my Catalina 270 with us.  I have a boat transport company that quoted me $1,320 for the move only.  How difficult is it for me and a couple friends to step the mast?  I'm wondering if I would need to hire a crane at the boat yard to do it.  Can it be done without a crane?
