There is a boat here in Annapolis that is rigged with simple Harken tracks  
and blocks, I think.  I have sailed on the boat a bunch of times (like  every 
Wednesday night for a few years) and have yet to really analyze it's build  
(again we have the cut out transom).  The owner is a marine engineer and  has 
more lines running to the cockpit than any other C27 I know.  Little  things 
like 
adjustable lifelines in the cockpit...
