Tim, I did cook a gumbo for about 40 on a street corner across from the St.
Pete Yacht Club in '05 during the St. Pete NOOD (Soverel 33 mid winter). We
won that one too!
On a semi serious note, how does the class deal w/ the fact that there are 4
different Catalina 27s, TR outboard, standard rig inboard ect?
It may make a difference which one I concentrate on first, 'cause it'll
probably take me that long to get one of 'em up to speed.
