PZ - He did qualify it in a later email. BTW - There are very few differences between IC27 and Fleet 8 by laws. Keel mods being the most significant. Can't we all just get along and I would propose that, since F8 is the only viable racing fleet still remaining in the states, and internationally, can't we get the international body to adopt our by laws as the standard?
