Hi, Dave--

This is all sounding great. If I may mention, try not to get impatient now.
Keeping infections away is probably the most important thing, and also,
regulating hydration/dehydration.

When he¹s in a regular hospital bed, make sure they never leave him flat for
long‹post a family guard to make sure he gets elevated to about 15-30
degrees. When they come in to change the bed, etc., they lower it flat and
then they leave and forget to raise it again. It¹s probably the single
biggest cause of hospital pneumonia.

We really appreciate being able to hear what is going on and having the
opportunity to keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
