Dave, I can't imagine how you feel during all of this. I know how stressful it was with my own father in the hospital, I can't imagine what it is like with your oldest child. With my dad,I would come home after several hours of "visiting" exhausted and just collapse in a recliner only to awaken a 4 in the morning. Of course we had the added stress of that happened during the "DC sniper" affair and as it turned out they were sleeping in their car at the same hospital garage we were parking in. Be sure to take care of yourself. My daughter spent many, many hours in that hospital, and I can say they turn out first rate doctors. We are all still pulling for Adam and wonder about him often.
