I am with you on the watches issue. I have a couple of SUUNTOs. I have 2
because it always seems like one of them is not working properly.
Also have an old Timex (that I just rediscovered last week) that never let
me down. I will be replacing that battery and using it again.
As for cheap booze. We have found a great replacement rum for Mt. Gay (and
at half the price) in the Port Royal gold rum.
Nothing replaces Goslings.
And I agree on the knives, but wouldn't extend that to multi tools.
