I think that's probably NYS-96A & Woodworth Rd, 4 miles west of the Snowy Owl seen for several days at the intersection of NYS-96 and Aunkst Rd, both in the Town of Fayette, which is another 4 miles west of the Snowy Owl at the Finger Lakes Airport on Martin Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls, just a few yards north of the Fayette (possibly the same bird as reported on the northeast portion of the nearby Lott Farm (used for Empire State Farm Days).
