Confirmed. The snowy was sitting on the Tully exit 14 road sign.
Robyn, that was a good find in the fog.

Subject: [cayugabirds-l] Snowy owl

Just saw a snowy owl en route to Syracuse Airport. No time to turn around and go back for a second look, but I'm positive. Driving on I-81N just before Tully exit, perched on road sign. Right side of road.

Wish I didn't have a flight to catch. :(
