Cortland County Rt 90, Tamarack Estates. 8:00 am Snowy Owl standing in development lots. Coming from Homer on Rt 90, Tamarack Estates is a few miles from 281, and on the right. Drive up into the development and the bird is in the fields to the right. Thanks to tip from Sophia and Natalia, young birders (maybe 3rd and 5th graders?) who first found this owl with their dad.
