As you know, the licenses were available for public discussion from the whole world beginning on February 1, 2010 (http://creativecommons.org/weblog/entry/20415) and people participated in that discussion, including yourself, the archives from which can still be viewed. I`m sorry you are not satisfied by the quality of the licenses but I can tell you that a pool of lawyers, Arabic speakers, from our community, have reviewed them and have found no issues in the final version from the legal point of view .
