Basic question Team:
I am using Cat1 (server) and Cat2 (client) for my LAB.
They can not synch the config revision #. This emans I can never get my VLANs
created on Cat1 to be advertised to Cat2.
Did everything, rebooted the devices, powercycled them, no help.
After rebooting, they both come back with config revisoin 0. Once I config 1
sigle VLAN (vlan 12) on Cat1, the config revision # goes to 1 (which is
correct). But then I never see vlan 12 advertised in Cat2. Not even reloading
Cat2, it always comes back with config. revion # equal to zero. Reloading Cat1,
nothing changes. Any help?
Thanks
bauke
PS: In the past, in a scenario like this, all it took me to get the VLANs
advertised from the server to the cleint, was to reload the boxes...not this
time. Double-checked domain name, password all the same.
