As a follow up for this post (I have a similar situation): 

I took the the ccie voice lab (v2.0) last march and I failed. I few things
change in my career and I had to put the second attempt on hold. 

Now I'm reassessing if I should try again the voice or I have better chances
for RS or Security to pass it in less attempts. 

Most of my experience in voice; however I've had a lot of experience in
security. In RS, I have very little experience with BGP, OSPF and MPLS. 

I'm thinking of the RS in lieu that the voice was so difficult specially for
the time management part.

Please let me know if someone can share some insight of what should I do. Or
maybe I should just stick to voice and rework all the 7.X stuff...

Thanks, I'm kind of some crossroads and some input would help.
