Hi,

I don't wanna go to deep in this topic but here is what I thought mate, yes
we can download and receive update of  material from our account but it's
NOT include VOD as the file is too big so they save in Hard-drive and ship
it to us. Now they just made a new VOD for v4.0 and its in DVD version, thus
we need to pay extra $50 for dvd and another shipping cost :) ...

just FYI : I bought mine in August 2009 still in v.30
