Cesar,
I just ordered the DVD. Now I *COULD* Wait until Feb 22nd, when I
could just ship my HD back to Ipexpert have them put the content on there and
have a good time......OR I could get it early. I chose to do it now, it was $50
+ 25 to ship. I live in America, so shipping here is not a big deal.

If you are out of the country, well then things get really expensive really
fast which is what I suspect. As a business, I can't reasonably expect Ipexpert
to not charge shipping or at least break even on production costs. $75 for me
to get to see Joe Astorino's pretty little face for the first time will be a
treat in itself......hehe.

Wayne already said it, this is basically NEW content. I can tell you this
much, other vendors you can bet your pants you would not have this opportunity
to do something like this. I got people using ccbootcamp, ine, narbik and I
hear that the refresh is costing them a great deal.

So in comparison I think we are just fine. You can wait to to it proper by
sending in the HD to them have them do the magic on it and send it back, or pay
a little bit and get it early.

Choice is yours. You might notice that BEFORE I realized what this process
encompassed, I too was little bit disturbed but now I realize this is not a
ploy wring more money out of you just simply to cover the basic operating costs
and I appreciate that these concerns were addressed and broken down which I
have ZERO problem with.

To address your problem of DOWNLOADING on ipexpert.com. There is a little thing
called BANDWIDTH. That costs money, and 17Gigs multiplied by the number of
customers = total bandwidth that will get expensive really fast. The electronic
books being a dozen or so MB is one thing, but 17 GIGS of content? I much
rather have the DVD's anyway. I would download it and rip it to DVD anyway so
it's portable, so to me the DVD makes sense.

So wait, or get it early - your choice but just consider what is going into
producing the content.

That's my 3.5 cents on it. 8-)

-Nick

Dude, what I understand is that exist FTP/SFTP Servers where you can download
the material that was previously paid without to pay extra 140$ for shipping,
you know? When we paid for our pack, it included updates and nobody tells me
that I would have to pay extra money to obtain it. I think my complaint is
clearly fair.

Regards,
Cesar.

Dude,

Try do understand that IPexpert pay someone to burn and pack the DVD for you
(that's $50) also for shipping cost ($90) I guess it's normal because IPexpert
use other logistic company service like FedEx or DHL to deliver the goods to
your home :)

Sorry I don't mean to be rude ^__^

Hello,

I was following Wayne indications but, when I was going to apply the 50$
charge, appears another charge about Shipping Charge, 90$ more. Total, 140$.
What kind of joke is this? Could anybody explain me?

Thanks,
Cesar.

I have forgoten to say that I paid for the BLS last year. So I need the

update about version4. If I'm not wrong, I have to pay just only the

delivery but, what I have to do to ask for it?

Thanks,
