When I put this back to eigrp, the same issue reocurred. Checking the  
eigrp toplogy table, before covergence shows the static learnt from  
eigrp, after the eigrp route is downed, and then restored, the route  
is no longer in the eigrp topology table, despite seeing the update in  
debuts. How can I trouble shoot..
