SRTT (Smooth Round Trip Time) - This is the average in milliseconds that a packet to a neighbor take for the full round, transmit and the reception of the acknowledge of the packet.
By default EIGRP uses BW and Delay for Metic composition (K1 and K3 Value), to change with value EIGRP use just change the default under the router process with the weight metric command (K0 for TOS, no used, K1 BW, K2 Load, K3 Delay, k4 Reability and K5 MTU) you can verify this with show ip protocols. The metric is compound depending the K value in use, There a formula to calculate the value of the metric value but I don't have my notes at hand.
