Jabran, since "ip subnet-zero" is the default setting then it won't show up in the config, and I'm not sure why Cisco leaves the "no shutdown" out of the startup/running config's? However these aren't things you should be considered with for your CCIE studies, there are much bigger issues coming your way ;)
